"Electrician arrived within a half hour the appointed time (a rarity here in Laredo), presented copies of his license and insurance, examined the work to be done than pointed out the charge from a schedule of charges. Upon accpetance he went promptly anbout the task with a minimum of disruption. Finished quickly, let me see what was done then pointed out the availability of a coupon that reduced the charge.
